and yes, after a few days of pause due to my funny shoulder blade pain i thought i’d lay out my mat again today. i opted for an evening practice as my body tends to be a bit more warmed up (this is a topic for another post).
i did a pensioner style practice (not that i am any better for real 😉 ) in order not to push my shoulder blade and put too much pressure on this funny muscle – read: not so many vinyasas.
anyway, feeling happy i have returned to my mat. off to bed now as tomorrow is a morning one waiting for me.
hope my shoulder will not get worse again – i am sure a deep tissue massage is the correct thing to sort it out.
