had my 4th class today.

came to my first stumbling block that will keep me from progress i think. marichyasana B. i am bad with my hip opening and can’t do lotus pose. i can’t hug and grab my foot in ardha baddha padmottanasana or ardha baddha padma pascimottanasana so i knew this would be the end of it. the teacher offered a new pose but we came to an agreement that i am not ready as yet. i asked ‘are there any exercises that would help with hip opening?’ and she said ‘yes, there are – more practice’ ;-( ah! so, the only thing i can do is – practice and practice some more šŸ˜‰

so, any tips?
