namaste or the bit about me

thank you for reading.

this is an attempt by a very beginner -me- to record my relationship with ashtanga. i hope you can join and help me grow.

i was never really tempted by yoga as a form of excersize – even though the philosophy was very intriguing – as it always felt not a very dynamic form.

i first heard of ashtanga through couple of my very good friends – an ashtanga wife and husband – who were totally in love with it and a year ago started ashtanga school back in my hometown. so this new year when i made a resolution to take up a healthier lifestyle i turned to ashtanga practice.
